University of California, Irvine (UCI) contracted Triad Consulting & System Design Group (Triad Consulting) through a professional services agreement (PSA) with UCI’s Facilities Management Division to provide managed services of the university’s campus-wide video management and electronic access control platforms.

The PSA stipulates Triad Consulting to provide systems administration of the campus Genetec video management system (VMS) and Cardkey electronic access control system (EACS); technical assistance in troubleshooting the systems; and second-level technical support to the UCI Facilities Management staff to support their end user clients on the campus. The PSA also includes ongoing consulting on system design, integration and vendor coordination.

Triad Consulting’s technical professionals assigned to the project are Genetec and Cardkey certified for their respective systems.
