City of Los Angeles – Channel 35 Television Studio

As a security sub-consultant to RoTo Architects, Triad Consulting & System Design Group (Triad Consulting) is providing design, bid assistance and construction administration services for electronic security systems for the Chanel 35 broadcasting studio and office spaces relocation to the Merced Theater building in the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historic Park. The 3-story Merced Theater building was originally constructed in 1870 as a saloon/theatre/lodge.

Triad Consulting is providing schematic design, design development and construction document package (50% and 100%) deliverables, consisting of detailed plans, technical specifications and cost estimates for access control, video surveillance and intrusion alarm.

Triad Consulting is also providing bid assistance, construction support and post-construction services for the project, consisting of answering requests for information, review of contractor submittal packages, site inspections and punch list preparation and record drawings.
